Frequently asked
Where is my data kept?
Only on your phone and, on iPhone, in the Kuzu folder of your own iCloud Drive. Kuzu has no account and nothing you enter is sent to us. Details are in the privacy policy.
Will my records come with me to a new phone?
On iPhone, Kuzu backs your records up to iCloud Drive on its own, and offers to restore that backup when you first open it on the new phone. Setting up the new phone from the old one's backup brings Kuzu along too. When moving between iPhone and Android, take a file with Settings → "Save a backup file" and open it on the new phone with "Restore from a file".
What does "Last feed" count from?
From the end of the breastfeed or the time of the bottle. A small note under the time says which.
The reminder doesn't come.
Check that an interval is chosen in Kuzu under Settings → Reminder, and that notifications are on in your phone's Settings → Notifications → Kuzu. The reminder comes once the chosen time has passed since the last feed; it doesn't come during a breastfeed.
How do I turn Kuzu Plus on on my new phone?
Tap "Restore purchases" at the bottom of the Plus screen, signed in with the Apple or Google account you bought it with.
How do I delete a record or all my data?
Tap the record on the History screen and use "Delete" on the page that opens. To delete everything, use Settings → "Erase all data"; the backup file in iCloud Drive stays, and you can delete it in Files → iCloud Drive → Kuzu.
Does Kuzu give medical advice?
No. Kuzu only keeps records; it is not a medical device and never says whether a value is "normal". Ask your doctor about anything concerning your baby.
