Terms of Use

These terms apply to the use of Kuzu, an app made by My Point Bilişim ve Danışmanlık Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi ("we" on this page). By using Kuzu you agree to them.

Health notice

Kuzu only keeps records: it stores and shows breastfeeding, bottles, diapers and sleep as you enter them. It is not a medical device and gives no medical assessment or advice; it never says whether a value is "normal". The reminder works only at the interval you choose and is not a feeding recommendation. Ask your doctor about anything concerning your baby's health, feeding and development.

Kuzu Plus

Kuzu's record-keeping features are free. Extra features are offered as Kuzu Plus, a monthly or yearly subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase. Current prices are shown in the app before you buy.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google account when you confirm the purchase.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period. The renewal is charged within the 24 hours before the period ends.
You can manage and cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings (on iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions) or in Google Play under Payments & subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel it.
When you cancel, Plus stays on until the end of the period you paid for.
The lifetime purchase is paid once and works on the devices you use with the same store account.
When Plus ends, none of your records are deleted; only the Plus features close. All your records stay in exports and backups.
To turn Plus on on a new phone or after reinstalling, use "Restore purchases" on the Plus screen.
Refunds are requested through Apple or Google, under their own rules.

If you downloaded from the App Store

If you downloaded Kuzu from the App Store, Apple's Standard License Agreement (EULA) also applies. Where this page and that agreement conflict on matters concerning Apple, Apple's agreement prevails.

Using the app

You may install and use Kuzu for your personal use. Copying, selling or distributing the app, the lamb character or its artwork as your own is not allowed.

Liability

Kuzu is provided as is. Whether reminders arrive on time depends on your phone's settings (notification permissions, focus modes, battery saving). Because your data lives only on your phone and its backups, it cannot be recovered if the app is deleted from a phone without a backup. Your rights as a consumer under applicable law are not affected.

Changes

We may update these terms; the current version is always on this page with the date of the last update at the top. For an important change we will also let you know in the app.
