Privacy Policy
Last updated: 5 November 2026
What you enter in Kuzu never reaches us. There is no account and no server; your baby's records are kept only on your phone and in your own iCloud Drive. The single ad space in the free version is non-personalised, and nothing about your baby is ever sent to the ad network.
Who makes Kuzu
Kuzu is made by My Point Bilişim ve Danışmanlık Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi ("we" on this page). Address: DAP Royal Center Sitesi A Blok, Altayçeşme Mah. Çamlı Sok. No: 16/38, 34843 Maltepe, İstanbul, Türkiye. Email: info@mypoint.com.tr.
What you keep in the app
While using Kuzu you can enter:
- your baby's name, date of birth and (if you choose) sex,
- breastfeeding (side and duration), bottle (amount), diaper and sleep records and notes,
- your reminder interval and display preferences.
All of this is kept only in the Kuzu app's own space on your phone. It is not sent to us or anyone else; we cannot see or access it.
Backups
- iCloud Drive (iPhone): Kuzu writes a backup file of your records to the "Kuzu" folder in your iCloud Drive on its own, so you can restore it on a new phone or after reinstalling. The file is kept in your Apple account under Apple's terms; we have no access to it. You can turn this off in Settings → Data → "iCloud backup".
- Your phone's backup: if iCloud Backup, a computer backup or Google backup on Android is on, Kuzu's data goes into it like any other app's.
- Manual backup and CSV: when you take a backup file or a CSV table from Settings, it goes wherever you choose in your phone's share menu. You decide what to share and with whom.
Permissions and the Lock Screen
- Notifications: only for the feeding reminder, at the interval you choose. It is scheduled on your phone, not sent over the internet.
- Lock Screen, Dynamic Island and widget (Kuzu Plus): a running feed or sleep, your baby's name and the time of the last feed and diaper can show while your phone is locked. This information doesn't leave your phone.
- Kuzu doesn't ask for location, camera, contacts or microphone access.
Ads
The free version of Kuzu has a single ad space (a banner), only on the History screen under the weekly chart. There are no ads on the logging screens. Ads are served by Google AdMob.
- Non-personalised ads: ads are not chosen by your interests or history. Kuzu doesn't ask to track you across apps and doesn't use your phone's advertising identifier.
- Never sent to the ad network: your baby's name, age, sex and any of your records.
- Technical data Google collects: to show, count and protect ads against fraud, Google receives technical data from your phone such as its IP address (and the approximate location it implies), device model, operating system, language, app information and ad view/click data. Google's servers are outside Türkiye, so this data is transferred abroad. How Google processes it is explained in How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services and the Google Privacy Policy.
- Content: ads are limited to content suitable for general audiences.
- Users in Europe: where the law requires it, Google's consent form is shown; you can change your choice in Settings → "Ad privacy choices".
- Kuzu Plus: on a phone with Plus, the ad service is never started.
Ads need an internet connection to load; the rest of Kuzu works offline.
Purchases (Kuzu Plus)
Kuzu Plus is bought through the App Store or Google Play. Apple or Google takes the payment; we never see your card or payment details. To check whether Plus is active, Kuzu uses RevenueCat. RevenueCat receives a random identifier made by the app (not linked to your name or email), purchase and subscription details (product, date, price, currency, country) and technical details such as the device type. Your baby's details and records are not sent. RevenueCat's servers are outside Türkiye; how it processes this data is explained in the RevenueCat Privacy Policy.
Third parties
Apart from Google AdMob and RevenueCat described above, Kuzu has no analytics, crash reporting or tracking tools. The app is downloaded from the App Store and Google Play, whose own privacy policies apply.
If you write to us
If you email us, your address and message are used only to reply to you and for nothing else. You can also write to the same address to exercise your rights under Article 11 of Türkiye's Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK).
Deleting your data
You can delete records one by one in the app. To delete everything, use Settings → "Erase all data" or remove the app from your phone. The backup file in iCloud Drive stays; you can delete it in the Files app under iCloud Drive → Kuzu. Earlier phone backups may also keep copies; you can delete those in your Apple or Google account's backup settings.
Changes
If Kuzu gains a feature that changes how your information is handled, this page is updated before that feature is released. The date of the last update is at the top.
